Summary

Born into a new world with memories of her former life, young Ivy sought to live peacefully. Yet destiny took a cruel turn during her coming-of-age ceremony, where children discover their innate abilities. To everyone’s shock, she possessed just a single talent – the power to tame creatures – and not even a basic ranking.

From the beginning, Ivy struggled with weakness, barely able to bond with the lowest of monsters, a simple slime. In her harsh society, strength dictated worth, and the powerless were cast aside. Only one kind soul in her village showed her compassion, treating her like family. But when tragedy struck and that woman “passed away,” Ivy understood the danger and fled into the unknown.

Alone and hunted, she stumbled upon a tiny, gelatinous creature. Naming it Sora, she formed an unlikely bond. Thus began the touching tale of survival, where a girl with the humblest of gifts would prove that even the weakest can carve their own path. Through hardship and friendship, Ivy and Sora would discover that true strength lies not in power, but in perseverance and heart.
