Yuragi-Sou no Yuuna-San

Fuyuzora Kogarashi from *Yuragi-Sou no Yuuna-San* has always had a unique ability—he can see and interact with spirits. Since childhood, he’s been plagued by ghostly possessions, making his life anything but easy. However, he’s since mastered the skill of fighting off malevolent spirits. Despite this, his current situation is far from ideal—he’s broke, without a home, and just wants a peaceful high school experience.

While searching for affordable housing, he stumbles upon Yuragi-sou, an old hot springs inn turned boarding house. The rent is suspiciously low, and for good reason—the place is haunted by the ghost of a high school student whose body was discovered there. Unfazed, Kogarashi moves in, especially since the other residents seem to be attractive women.

But his ghost-hunting plans hit a snag when he meets Yuna, the spirit haunting his room. She’s not some terrifying specter but a 16-year-old girl with unfinished business. Unable to bring himself to exorcise her, Kogarashi instead promises to help her resolve her lingering regrets so she can pass on peacefully before turning into a vengeful spirit.

As he settles into Yuragi-sou, the other tenants begin revealing their own supernatural quirks, proving that his new life will be anything but ordinary. Between ghostly encounters and mysterious housemates, Kogarashi’s quest for a normal high school experience is quickly derailed by the strange and supernatural world he’s stepped into.
